ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

APRIL 8, 2010

7:00P.M.          Called meeting to order. Present: Richard B. Gorden,

                        Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

1.   The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2010

      personal exemptions for the owners of the following properties:

            Parcel # 85-67             Clause 41C      Granted

            Parcel # 60-14             Clause 41A      Granted

2.   The Board signed a Tax Deferral and Recovery Agreement and

      a Statement of Entry into Tax Deferral and Recovery Agreement

      for the new Clause 41A, that was approved for the owner of parcel

      # 60-14.

3.   The Board read about the Grand Opening of the Wilbur School

      Apartments.

4.   The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2010

      abatement applications for the owners of the following properties:

            Parcel # 101-95-1        Granted

            Parcel # 64-67             Granted

            Parcel # 39-12             Granted

            Parcel # 36-2               Granted

            Parcel # 53-80             Denied

            Parcel # 94-24             Denied

            Parcel # 94-21-3          Denied

5.   The Board decided to hold their next meeting at 7:00P.M. on

      Thursday , April 15, 2010.
